  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all policies, procedures, and training materials. Prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Communication: Communicate changes in policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders and provide guidance on compliance matters. Address inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as necessary, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a compliance role within the asset management industry, with a focus on the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering compliance training programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise policies, procedures, and reports.
