Job Summary:

A boutique private bank is seeking a versatile candidate with strong analytical and communication skills to assume a multi-faceted role within a growing organization. The candidate is expected to complete projects with minimal amount of supervision and adapt to changing assignments and responsibilities. The candidate will be part of a team with responsibility over nationwide footprint expansion, private banking product development, and analysis of proprietary investment opportunities.

Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the firm's nationwide expansion plans including launch of offices in new markets, monitor existing offices and financial modeling.
• Assist in development and marketing of private offering opportunities to the growing HNW and UHNW client base.
• Analyze and monitor proprietary investment opportunities.
• Write comprehensive analytical reports.
• Perform related support functions.

• Set goals, prioritize and execute duties of the position
• Manage documents, files and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner
• Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner

• Complete company required training courses as assigned

Basic Requirements:

• 4+ years experience.
• Excellent understanding of equity, alternative investing and financial markets.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modeling.
• Ability to review legal agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
