RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Architecting, designing, and maintaining the functionality related to Transportation Management system. This position will demonstrate advanced knowledge of Transportation Management systems supporting business process, integrations and leading other team members to drive growth of the organization. In addition, the incumbent would be assisting with the support, maintenance, configuration and upgrades as it relates to those technologies. Finally, we are looking for an individual with a desire to focus on understanding business processes and learning tools and/or technologies related to Transportation Management. The person in this position:
    • Maintains a productive and innovative rapport with the business units to identify needs/solutions for new application functionality. Incumbent demonstrates an expert-level understanding of business process design, business area processes, transactions, and data.
    • Ability to proficiently code, test, and debug programs that meet specifications, while following established standards. Serves as an expert for providing input on establishing programming/installation standards.
    • Independently plans and completes numerous programming assignments/configurations/customizations to account for changes in business processes or to accommodate new versions or standards. These assignments will often be of high financial significance to the business.
    • Off hours and on call support will be required
    • Travel may be necessary 10% of the time.
    • Have direct reporting of up to 3 other team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related area.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing tasks and working cross functionally with peers to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Tested problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A strong pattern of initiative.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to learn different business processes and technologies.
  • Direct people leadership of 2 or more team members (3 years)
  • BlueYonder Transportation Management (7 years)
  • BlueYonder Transportation Management - Load Optimizer Configuration (5 years)
  • BlueYonder Transportation Management - Freight Payment (5 years)
  • BlueYonder Transportation management - Carrier Portal (3 year)
  • BlueYonder Transportation Management - Webservice Integrations (5 year)
  • Experience with reading and writing SQL (10 years)
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Location: Corporate Campus - Austin, MN (preferred); Work Remote (conditionally eligible).
