What you’ll do
Build and lead our iOS engineering team!
Be responsible for the full lifecycle development of our iOS application(s) from cradle to grave.
Build novel solutions for managing telephony on iOS devices.
Integrate seamlessly with telecommunications infrastructure and components.
Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
Work together with Product and Telecommunications teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Shape what great software engineering practices look like.
Balance short-term critical business needs with long-term product vision and roadmap.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years of professional iOS development experience using the iOS SDK and/or other frameworks.
Prior engineering experience from the industry, along with academic pursuits & studies in any of the areas of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
Shipped and maintained apps on the iOS App Store.
Fluent in Swift.
A passion for personal privacy and national security.
A desire to work on software that has real-world impact.
Nice to have Qualifications
Familiarity with mobile telecommunications technologies such as smart cards, SIM/eSIM, and 4G/5G.
Experience with the operation, administration, and setting up of build, test, and deployment pipelines.
Experience working with telephony/carrier APIs.
Experience working with iOS secure enclave.
Experience leading a small engineering team.
Experience integrating with payment processors.
The salary range for this role is $150,000-$230,000 a year + equity + 401K match. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, relevant education, and/or training.
