The Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) Front Line Monitoring (FLM) team is responsible for monitoring regulatory and operational risk activities within Consumer and Small Business Banking. Within the FLM team, the FLM Decision Support Team is responsible for supporting risk related analytics and short-term risk reporting needs for key activities such as, Pre-Issue Discovery, Issue Sizing, Interim CA Reporting, Risk and Control Analysis within Product/Processes, Redress or Non-Financial Remediation.
We are searching for a talented Senior Analytics Consultant to develop, enhance, and implement Business Intelligence (Tableau) and other reporting solutions. The consultant will build a strong foundation of business relationships and knowledge throughout Consumer and Small Business Banking in order to develop business intelligence solutions that enable effective monitoring of various sales and operational risks.

In this role, you will:
- Partner with business stakeholders to interpret and document requirements for reporting and dashboard solutions in Tableau.
- Lead the design and implementation of reporting solutions from ideation to implementation.
- Be able to tell a story with data that will allow our partners to visualize risk appropriately
- Ensure all solutions are developed within adherence of the monitoring solutions framework
- Manipulate and process large datasets using the analytical and reporting features of multiple tools
- Define requirements for and test data sources for reporting, and design metrics that measure control effectiveness, various risks, and KPI's
- Participate in cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing business intelligence or data analytics applications using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- 2+ years of experience using SQL within a variety of database sources such as SAS, Oracle, or Teradata
- Exposure to Wells Fargo data warehouses such as: EIW and BMG
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) products and services
- Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
