We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Valuations & Opinions team in our Oakbrook Terrace, IL office. Senior Analysts act as generalists, gaining extensive experience while working on a variety of client engagements. Engagement types include ESOP advisory and valuation/financial opinions.
What you will be doing:
- Developing financial models and analytical support for ESOP transactions, financial opinions and other valuation engagements
- Preparing client deliverables including valuation reports, presentations, information memoranda and marketing materials
- Performing company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence
- Participating in client discussions and due diligence meetings
- Communicating and establishing relationships both internally with project teams and externally with clients
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in finance/accounting/economics
- 2 – 4 years of combined valuation and/or financial analysis experience
- Proficiency utilizing Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment prioritizing tasks, working on multiple assignments and managing tight timelines in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and personal integrity, with the willingness to work long hours and travel as needed
