JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Analyst Support position develops, implements, and supports Application, Hardware, and OS Imaging to meet business, and technical needs, within a specified system or solution. The Sr. Analyst is an expert level role responsible for supporting and resolving advanced system application inquiries, reports of issues, and service needs. This position requires planning, updating, installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems for software and network systems. Performs remote and/or on-site assistance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Configuration Manager systems, overseeing Operating System Images, Application Packaging, and Software Update Deployments.
• Create and maintain Windows images using state-of-the-art tools such as SCCM or MDT, ADK, DISM, and Ghost, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Develop and maintain Application Packages and Software Updates Deployments, keeping systems up to date.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay on top of industry standards and product life cycles, making sure all servers and client systems meet the latest requirements.
• Keep an eagle eye on trending issues, analyze data, and formulate recommendations for management to address recurring problems effectively.
• Diagnose and solve common system problems even under pressure and aggressive deadlines, leveraging your resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.
• Contribute to projects involving complex system interfaces and interdependencies, integrating multiple solutions seamlessly.
• Review, suggest, and implement new system design changes to drive efficiency and performance.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of all procedures for image creation and support documents, ensuring knowledge is shared and maintained.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, showcasing your strong foundation in technology.
  • Strong scripting skills in Batch, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
  • Prove your expertise in OS imaging with a solid background in Windows Operating Systems.
  • Display comprehensive knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS troubleshooting, allowing you to resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate experience with software update patching methodology for desktops and servers.
  • Operational experience of application packaging and deployment.
  • More than five years of hands-on technical experience and a strong working understanding of installed systems, can troubleshoot, and resolve many problems, and understand integration points with other systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Endpoint Manager design, deployment, configuration, support, and hierarchy, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Possess experience with vSphere/Hyper-V virtualization, enabling you to navigate the virtual landscape effectively.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge in one or two scripting languages, tools, and/or technology environments, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge.
  • Show an understanding of application development methods and the Project Execution Process, including requirement specification, design, development/configuration, and testing of business application systems.
  • Experience in large scale enterprise software deployments
