Five9 is actively looking for an experienced Analyst Relations expert with an understanding of the industry analyst landscape and strong relationships with technology analyst influencers. You will join the Five9 Analyst Relations program to implement our AR strategy and partner with product managers and marketers from across the business to ensure analysts are educated on the Five9 vision, strategy, products, and roadmap. You'll be part of a global Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Analyst & Influencer Relations and partnering with other communications, marketing, product, and corporate teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture critical business relationships with industry analysts and influencers while fostering a sense of community
- Work cross-functionally and with Five9 executives to educate analysts and influencers on Five9's vision, strategy, products and roadmaps
- Act as a key point of contact for industry analyst reports, RFIs, research briefings and inquiries, as well as analyst-related marketing events and communications
- Advise on & execute plans for analysts & influencers to contribute to marketing campaigns and content
- Manage multiple internal project teams in responding to analyst research projects
- Update Analyst Relations portal content, CRM databases, and other archives shared by the AR team or with internal stakeholders as assigned
- Perform administrative and project management duties such as scheduling, metrics readouts, and AR Program calendar management.
Requirements:
- Corporate communications or marketing background with 5-7 years of AR experience with a technology company
- Degree in a marketing, communications, journalism, or technology field
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong project management skills
- Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong presentation skills using software tools like Microsoft PowerPoint
- Collaborative and willing to get the job done
Location: Remote | This role is fully remote for candidates who reside at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Francisco or San Ramon locations, this role will be Hybrid.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
