Role Overview:
As an integral member of our Programmatic Media Buying team, the Senior Analyst, Programmatic will take the reins as the day-to-day manager, tactical, and strategic lead on assigned Programmatic accounts. Collaborate with diverse internal teams to ensure seamless campaign integration and surpass client goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead overall success of Programmatic campaigns on assigned client(s), closely collaborating with SEM, Media Planning, Analytics, and other internal teams.
  • Coordinate with team lead to delegate and manage workload across the team, fostering growth opportunities for junior members.
  • Ensure campaigns meet or exceed delivery, reach, and performance goals through ongoing stewardship and optimization.
  • In partnership with the team lead, own client reporting and industry education presentations in coordination with the analytics team.
  • Build expertise in leading Programmatic ad platforms like The Trade Desk and disseminate knowledge internally and to customers.
  • Drive innovative Display, Video, Connected TV, and Audio media proposals aligned with client objectives.
  • Contribute to Programmatic product enhancements and establish best practices and templates.
  • Lead or present in internal and client status calls and meetings.
  • Manage budget allocation and spend for campaigns and ad groups based on goals.
  • Implement successful Programmatic media plans using leading DSPs such as Trade Desk, PulsePoint, AdMission, and others 
  • Provide strategic and tactical recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Collaborate on new business initiatives across departments as needed and perform regular competitive research analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices through research and events.
  • Lead interaction with publishers and audience data partners to implement high-quality media inventory and audience data segments.
  • Share insights and drive improvements in technology and operational effectiveness for the entire team.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years managing Programmatic campaigns with a DSP or equivalent SSP experience.
  • Strong digital media background, project management skills, and Trade Desk, DV360, or other DSP certification.
  • Experience in Video, Connected TV, or Audio is a plus.
  • Outstanding analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Programmatic buying platforms such as the Trade Desk, Google DV360, or others
  • Experience in the healthcare vertical a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related fields preferred
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills
  • Strong presentation, coaching / mentoring, and communication skills 
  • Ability to make recommendations based on statistically significant data sets.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and experience with strong business and leadership skills.
