Johnson & Johnson MedTech Health Care Compliance is recruiting for a Senior Analyst located in Irvine, CA. The role is also available for remote candidates.
HCC Analyst, Health Care Compliance (HCC) is primarily responsible for the facilitation of processes designed to ensure the Company meets statutory and regulatory requirements relating to health care fraud and abuse; as well as advertising and promotion laws governing the Company's commercial and scientific activities. This position supports the alignment of the Company's HCC activities within the overall organization and reinforces the message that compliance is a Company priority and has access to the resources needed to assure implementation of an effective compliance program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate support and resources with the HCC Global Operations Group to ensure ongoing efficiency of the HCC program.
- Ensure the implementation of internal controls so that they are capable of preventing and detecting significant issues or patterns of fraud and abuse.
- Support harmonization efforts within the MedTech HCC organization supporting initiatives as directed.
- Reinforce compliance principles and embrace ownership to make compliant decisions.
- Act as a consultant and reviewer for business activities that involve HCC considerations, including reviewing and approving transactions within systems.
- Federal (Open Payments) and State Reporting.
- HCC Transparency Disclosures.
- Conduct or facilitate testing and monitoring; supporting corrective actions to close gaps identified during audits, assessments, etc.
- Support the deployment of HCC training and communication focused on commercial activities to improve employee awareness and compliance.
- Ensure implementation of HCC policies and procedures.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Required:
- At least 5 years of business experience.
- Ability to support rapidly changing business models across multiple companies and sectors.
- Strong cross company/sector collaboration and change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and analytical skills.
- Consistent record in delivering results, self-starter and ability to lead complexity.
- Deal well with ambiguity and new areas.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information is required.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, process and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simultaneously balance multiple, complex priorities independently.
- Experience with project management in a matrixed business organization is preferred.
- Occasional travel required, depending on business need.
The base pay range for this position is $73,000- $117,300. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
