Key Responsibilities:
This role analyzes project data to ensure key activities (e.g., resource management, budgets, risks schedules, change control, etc.) are appropriately captured, reported controlled and improved. The Senior Analyst participates in scenario planning maximising existing data, past experience and organizational acumen to suggest different courses of action. The successful candidate must be a team player and have a solid understanding of resource, financial, demand, project and portfolio management processes, can assist with process and tool improvements, PPM tool reporting and data governance.
  • Extracts data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models and project development
  • Completes ad-hoc reporting and data analysis using querying and data visualization tools
  • Gathering of data, performing complex analyses, and being able to explain and display them in simple terms for broad understanding
  • The expected analyses will require extraction, transformation, and analysis of raw data for inclusion in reports which assist IT Leadership in decision making
  • Creates data governance process and manages practice and compliance to keep PPM, Financial and other data clean and accurate
  • Create, design, and implement analytical models, data tracking, dashboard processes, that support initiatives using tools, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data
  • Perform data analysis in support stakeholder requirements

Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Information Technology or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 3-5 years in program project management office with experience working with multiple projects
  • Experience with statistical analysis, and modeling, statistical project management, analytics experience tools and concepts (i.e. SPSS, SAS)
  • Familiarity with database interface tools, SQL and programming concepts
  • Project management and SDLC methodologies, facilitates rollout adoption and execution of repeatable predictable, efficient processes that improve productivity
  • General knowledge of various IT disciplines such as critical infrastructure, network, mobility, End User devices, Window OS, Mac OS, iOS, MDM, Voice, O365, Conference Room Collab Technology
  • Experience in technical support for End Users: Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Voice Over IP (VOIP), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Collaboration Spaces, Corporate Real State, Critical Infrastructure, Information Displays Content Management/Distribution, and mobility platforms
  • Proven proficiency with Spotfire, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite and CA Clarity PPM
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
