The Senior Analyst, Contract Solutions & Insights, is a supporting member in the advancement and innovation process of sales for BWI, one that helps advance, through their own individual contribution, development, and process execution of annual Marketing Selling Pathways, through open and effective communication and collaboration, the maintenance and enhancement of simulation tools that directly assist the Field Sales Organization (FSO) in selling Hardware, Software, Service, and Disposables, supporting innovative ways to assist Contract Management analyst in dedicated back office processing, as well as helping manage intake and work flow from communications and requests.

The Senior Analyst, Contract Solutions & Insights, is responsible for developing, professionally, their interpersonal and business acumen, as well as educating oneself in selling pathways so that they can assist the team in managing day to day problem solving of simulation tools they own, which is not limited to effectively executing commercially available programs, custom modifications due to ad hoc circumstances, CPC approved exceptions, and or other Marketing directed adjustments, that may occur throughout a selling year. They must represent what an effective individual contributor is at a high level, an owner of responsibility, that accuracy and completeness is held to a high regard to the individual, as it impacts business decisions, produces process flow efficiency, reduces head count pressure, as well as creating opportunities from the accuracy and validity of FSO interactions with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manages individual contribution through:
• Maintenance of owned simulation tool(s)
• Department enhancement functions and tool(s)
• Support business partners in general inquiries
• Supporting Contract Management and Contract Director assignments
• Being able to articulate custom requests and solution finding
• Contribute to BWI's strategic direction and planning
• Annual selling pathway facilitation and growth through solution building
• Identify opportunities to more efficiently and effectively make processes in Contracts Management better
• Actively, directly coordinates RFI/RFP data analytics for business largest individual and group customers
• Will play a support role in business initiatives and project management
• Provide ad-hoc support to selling pathways, general and custom analytics
• Supports an environment that encourages knowledge sharing
• Establish and maintain excellent business partnerships within Johnson & Johnson
• Other duties as assigned by CSS management

Qualifications:

Required:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience or 4 years with advanced degree
• Strong work and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically, Word, Excel, Access)
• Strong work experience on Power Apps and Power Automate by Microsoft
• Must possess an innovative and global mentality, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish strong business partnerships
• The ability to work on multiple projects and leading priorities with poise, integrity, and the appropriate sense of urgency
• Collaboration, strategic thinking, critical thinking, quantitative analytical ability, and outstanding problem-solving skills
• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time, mainly to domestic destinations.

Preferred:

• Strong knowledge and applied experience in relational database technology (e.g. Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, AWS)
• High proficiency with Tableau and/or other visualization tools
• High proficiency with Alteryx and/or other ETL tools
• 1-3 years of people management experience
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of HCC/fraud and abuse laws; regulatory promotional practices; FCPA, financial or auditing practices and company business and policies

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $69,000 to $110,400. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

• Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
