Job Summary

The Content Acquisition department is responsible for licensing and administering linear cable television and digital content used across the nation. We are currently seeking a motivated person to assist in all facets of finance.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of Payment & Accrual guidance.
• Review, track and manage rate changes as they flow from Content Acquisition to other departments and ultimately to networks via monthly invoice statements.
• Assist in the annual budget process (preparation, analysis and presentation).
• Assist in forecasting future programming expenses.
• Manage financial incentives across various networks.
• Assist with managing SOX process documents and associated audits (both internal and external).
• Assist with the SEC 10K Reporting process surrounding disclosure requirements for network contractual obligations including evaluating license fee commitments.
• Ability to read and analyze legal documentation and contracts and draw accurate financial conclusions.
• Capable of working in highly confidential environment with high profile network contracts, inclusive of financial terms.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
