Summary Statement:
The Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst is responsible for serving as liaison for regulatory audits, performing investigations related to gaming regulations, and filing regulatory reports in accordance with standard operating procedures developed pursuant to Resorts World Las Vegas' compliance program. The Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst will possess working knowledge of Nevada Gaming Statutes and Regulations. The successful candidate is someone who has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Job Duties: - Includes but is not limited to:
- Maintains a solid knowledge of relevant gaming regulations, guidance, and industry best practices.
- Assist with obtaining information and data for required Nevada Gaming Control Board filings such as of Minimum Internal Control Standards, Associated Equipment reviews, and gaming device modification requests.
- Key inventories.
- Assists Gaming Departments with internal and external audits as required. This may include employee interviews and providing audit documentation among other audit procedures.
- Attend and/or monitor Nevada Gaming Control Board regulatory workshops.
- Providing regulatory compliance training to necessary departments.
- Complies with departmental document retention policies and procedures.
- Supports the Company's policies and procedures; make appropriate recommendations.
- Conducts business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for compliance issues.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:
- Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution
- Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to negotiate and persuade, and a sound understanding of regulatory compliance and general business practices
- Must be detail oriented and possess ability to research, analyze, and document findings related to casino transactions
- Effectively communicate in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Working knowledge of Nevada gaming statutes and regulations
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of compliance or audit experience in the gaming/gambling field
- At least one year of team lead experience in a similar field
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Position required licenses including Nevada Gaming Registration
