Job Scope:
- The Oracle Systems Analyst is responsible for the ongoing technical support of the new Oracle system, while ensuring alignment with business strategies and drivers to evolve the ERP, and Supply Chain modules to improve productivity, agility, product/service timeliness, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
- The role will support our growing Oracle environment. This is a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing design, deployment and maintenance of the Oracle integrated solutions that enable our organization to deliver high value to the business with continually business processes and data improvements, including identifying opportunities for system enhancements to maximize employee experience and increase system adoption.
- The individual partners with all areas of the Business and Information Technology organization to drive standards and best practices, eliminate redundancies, and deliver on objectives within product development, business process design, IT/Business operations development, software development, and their respective lifecycles.
Requirements:
- Oracle Certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Oracle systems with focus in ERP and SCM
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (i.e. HIPAA, PCI, Privacy, etc.)
- Healthcare experience preferred

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three (3) years of experience as an Oracle Analyst working with ERP and SCM
- High school diploma or general equivalent (GED)
- Technical aptitude for information services technology in environment being supported.
- Effective interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Engineering; or a Science degree with an orientation toward automation and process improvement; or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with Oracle in a healthcare system
- Two (2) years experience as an Associate Applications Analyst
- Two (2) years supporting or maintaining a system application, providing direct user support and application testing.
