This position reports to: Director, Enterprise Project Management Office

In this role, you will work collaboratively with executive stakeholders to facilitate financial reporting, develop financial strategy and operationalize our analytics functions. Initially focused on developing our financial analytics, the successful candidate will go deeper to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement or focus for the business with tangible business data to support those insights.
With our financial models in place, this individual will explore further into our data to identify hidden opportunities, help develop and shape customer pipelines and provide the data analysis required to help refine the forward direction of the business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making. Analyze current and past financial data and performance, preparing reports and projections based on this analysis.
- Support internal customers by identifying areas to increase gross margins and EBITDA
- Maximize revenue through accurate and timely pricing analysis
- Support the annual budget process and the monthly forecast process for internal customers
- Build monthly forecasts based on budget and input from internal customers
- Support financial business goals to organization using role-based dashboards
- Calculate pricing for prospects and existing customers
- Customer Payment Reconciliation
- Reporting and Insights: Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Customer Segment & Large Customer Analysis
- Pricing Strategies & Optimizations
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across the company to gather information, understand business needs, and provide analytical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting and analysis to increase the value of our data and turn insights to action.
- Risk Management: Analyze financial and operational data to identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

- High Proficiency in Google Sheets & Excel
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Travel Industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or related field
- Extensive experience in financial analysis
- Unit 4 or similar back-office system experience a plus
- Experience of building reporting dashboards and models using Tableau

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or related field
- Extensive experience in general accounting and/or financial analyst
- Travel Industry experience
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate in standard business English both written and spoken. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
