SENIOR ADVISOR, RECRUITMENT MARKETING

The Senior Advisor, Recruitment Marketing will drive modern marketing campaigns that spark engagement, satisfaction, and conversion throughout a provider’s recruiting journey. You will report to the Director, Recruitment Marketing, and work in partnership with our Marketing Centers of Excellence, external agency partners, and doctor and hygiene recruiting teams.
Duties and responsibilities you would take on include:
- Building and executing marketing campaigns to position Heartland Dental as an employer of choice and generate demand for provider roles
- Bringing new and effective channel activations to market, expanding our reach across paid media, owned channels, social content, and recruiter enablement
- Identifying and leading new initiatives to enhance candidate experience, engagement, and conversion rates
- Measuring and optimizing marketing and media performance to maximize ROI
- Evolving our job board strategy, including delivering Voice of the Customer insights and improving job post visibility
- Managing our digital recruitment products to maximize conversions and enhance candidate experience, including our career site and candidate referral platform
- Building and maintaining audience segments and candidate journeys
- Enhancing segment-specific value propositions, creative, and messaging
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience building and leading multichannel campaigns that helped yield demand for recruiting or sales organizations
- Ability to use research, data, and intuition to make informed decisions
- Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence all levels of the business
- Background with project management, hitting deadlines, or otherwise keeping teams engaged and accountable
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Resides in the St. Louis, MO area.
- In-depth knowledge of Recruitment Marketing and employer branding strategies
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation
- Extensive experience building and executing B2B demand generation campaigns
- Experience in event marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- 2+ years managing agencies and vendor partners across all aspects of marketing
- Ability to tell a story using analytics and insights and form clear, compelling recommendations to leadership
