Our Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will develop Manufacturing Engineering tools, strategies and systems, floor layouts and plans for specific products and processes. This will require procedural documentation for the implementation and maintenance of methods, operational sequence and equipment calibration requirements. At GDMS, we continually seek ways to develop and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing our teams knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. You wont just be working on the cutting-edge, youll help define it for the world.

- A Bachelors degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong ability to clearly recognize and report information relevant to sound Manufacturing Engineering design
- Expectational knowledge with manufacturing and engineering systems and applications
- Strong use and understanding of Manufacturing Engineering concepts, principles, and theories
- Outstanding communication skills to interface with various engineering disciplines, manufacturing, senior leadership and our business development teams
- Recognized as an expert in your field
- Solid understanding and interpretation of contract language
- Ability to multi-task
- Resolves complex problems through the use of ingenuity and creativity
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
Combined Salary Range
USD $117,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
