Responsibilities:
As an Senior Accountant at ServiceFirst Restoration, you will be responsible for you and your team doing the following:
Timely and accurate invoicing
Collect A/R within allowed time frames
Manage A/P to maximize cash flow while maintaining positive relationships with vendors
Paid in full jobs audited and closed
Daily timesheet reconciliation
Accurate payroll processing
Employee Bonus calculations
Weekly reporting of A/P, A/R, Cash Flow
Monthly reporting by the 10th of each month (P&L, Balance Sheet, Budget vs Actual, supporting documentation with analysis/insight)
Annual budgeting and forecasting
Manage insurance renewals and claims
Uniform management
Office supply management
Employee onboarding
Employee termination
Employee recruiting and preliminary screening
Mobile & Computer device management
Expense management and approvals
1099 preparation for independent contractors
Tax file/document preparation for CPA
Identify and recommend ideas for cost reduction
Core Processes followed and improved upon
Coach, teach, train and hold team accountable (Finance Team)
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Accounting Expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with at least [insert years] years of relevant experience.
