Overview
The Senior Accountant is responsible for the day to day accounting and record keeping activities and requires the utmost attention to detail, timeliness, efficiency, cost effectiveness, and customer service while adhering to the standards set by the Company. This position is expected to be innovative with respect to Administration and Financial Reporting. If you are someone who enjoys taking initiative and has extensive experience with month end close process and procedures we would like to meet with you.
Responsibilities
Preparation of journal entries for multiple legal entities and have the ability to provide consolidated analysis.
Preparation of monthly stand-alone and consolidated financial statements, including but not limited to Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Income Statement
Monthly account reconciliation and ability to provide to explanation on variances
Preparation of monthly general ledger account reconciliations.
Prepare and/or review bank account reconciliation.
Reconciliation of Intercompany Accounts as well as any miscellaneous accounting issues that arise
Assist in account receivable, cash receipt and billing function as needed
Liaison with business management and operational personnel to improve business processes and increase internal controls.
Special projects as directed.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
4-6 years progressive accounting experience.
Demonstrable broad US GAAP knowledge.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
Advanced verbal and written skills is required
Highly developed sense of urgency.
Strong system skills and proven business improvement skills.
Have prior experience with large ERP system is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
