Wholesale Building Products is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial transactions and ensure precise financial reporting. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing detailed financial statements, and actively contributing to departmental efficiency. The salary is negotiable, depending on the candidate's experience.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial transactions with senior leadership guidance
- Provide detailed financial information, including budgeting and compliance
- Reconcile accounts for accuracy and compliance
- Contribute to financial statement preparation and consolidation
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Verify invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Play a key role in month-end and year-end close processes
- Utilize accounting software for data input, tracking, and retrieval
- Collaborate across departments for necessary financial information
- Assist in audit preparations and ensure smooth audit progress
- Calculate and process commission structures accurately
- Manage recurring journal entries for up-to-date records
- Perform other duties as required, within education and experience
Senior Accountant Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Dependable, organized, quick learner
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Good organization and time management skills
