Senior Accountant, Mckinney (95K-100K)

LHH is working with a publicly-traded company in McKinney that is adding a Senior Accountant to their team. This company is in the manufacturing industry, and they are experiencing steady growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience performing full cycle accounting and will be a CPA or in the process of earning their CPA. In this role you will post journal entries, reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, and will conduct month-end reporting related to inventory.

This position pays 95K-100K and offers a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Journal entries, Accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, coding of departmental expenses (as needed)

• Account reconciliations

• Variance analysis

• Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as required

• Assist with reviewing and compiling reports around physical inventory

• Create various audit schedules

• Coordinate with agent warehouse locations to ensure accurate inventory balances

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA or parts passed is required

• Public accounting is highly desired

• 3+ years of experience working within accounting

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
