Senior Accountant (Mandarin Required)

We are an Automotive Parts & Lighting Company looking for a candidate to perform a variety of accounting tasks. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Perform or oversee all aspects of A/P, A/R, Payroll, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations, and Monthly/Annual closing of accounting records.
• Coordinate with corporate office accounting team and prepare corporate statements, branch offices statements and profit analysis reports for each e-commerce platform etc.
• Reconcile, balance, investigate, and resolve account discrepancies.
• Assist with tax compliance and reporting, including tax returns, audits & research.
• Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Supervise the accounting team and conduct regular performance evaluations to team members.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Speaking Mandarin is a must.
• Degree in accounting and 5+ years of e-commerce accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
