What is excellence for our Senior Accountant?

· Reporting directly to our Manager, Finance and Accounting deliver best-in-class financial reporting with:

- 100% accurate, 5-days to close financial reporting with variance analyses and calls-to-action.

- Streamlined, cross-functional created, processes to enhance financial controls.

- Weekly performance metrics

- Compliance to all accounting regulations and standards.

· Partner with Manager, Finance and Accounting as well as collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement system and process changes to enhance business performance, financial reporting controls and tax compliance.

· Accurately and timely execute all payroll related functions:

- Administer bi-weekly payroll

- Validate data accuracy

- Ensure 100% compliance with tax regulations.

· Partner with Warehouse team to identify, select and implement an updated inventory management system.

· Demonstrated expertise in streamlining accounts receivable/payable processes via accounting software or sophisticated ERP systems.

· Proven experience in accurate, efficient and compliant vendor and customer onboarding and maintenance.

· Conducted regular audits to validate data, identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related business discipline, CPA helpful. At least five (5) years of progressive hands-on experience in accounting roles, with a focus on senior – level responsibilities preferably in rapidly growing, constructions project and/or manufacturing environments.

QuickBooks experience required, NetSuite’s experience beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex accounting data and support informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, as a Senior Accountant often collaborate with other departments, interact with employees, clients, and vendors.

Bilingual: Spanish and English.

• of our flooring and drain solutions business into existing and new industry verticals throughout our 8-state region in the U.S. Midwest; and
• into additional FoodSafe Solutions businesses across the United States.

The Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with the strength and experience of the candidate. An excellent candidate should expect a starting base salary of $70,000 plus a generous benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, health savings account, and 401(k) plan. A company laptop and mobile phone will also be provided. Relocation assistance provided.
