This role is the perfect opportunity to learn a lot about small business accounting and tax while playing a key role for a growing company!

Here’s A Summary of the Role:

The “Account Manager/Senior Accountant” aka “AMSA” will act as the key liaison between assigned clients and Right Choice. This role is a great mix of high-level accounting and high-level communication. The AMSA will manage a portfolio of assigned clients and will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day & monthly accounting needs are being met and Right Choice clients are being served at the highest level. The primary deliverables for this role are client satisfaction and advisory.

This position will include ensuring that all day-to-day accounting is being managed appropriately, financials are being reviewed, analyzed, and interpreted for clients, and data is being communicated in a way that is easily digestible for small business owners.

As the company continues to grow, this role will be supported on more day-to-day task to ensure that client satisfaction, financial reviews, and analysis remain the primary focus.

Your Responsibilities (These will change as we grow!):

· Client communication and advisory services

· Financial report review and interpretation

· Strategic planning based on “what the numbers are saying.”

· Lead client monthly meetings

· Oversee day-to-day client bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payroll, etc.

· Assist with month-end close and preparation of monthly financial statements

· Communicate internally with CFO and tax team to ensure great client experience

· Optional*** Join RCAS social media & marketing efforts to attract more clients

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:

· Bachelor’s level degree in accounting, finance, or comparable field

· 2-3 years of accounting experience

· Experience using QuickBooks Online (or comparable accounting software)

· Experience communicating directly with clients & solving client issues.

· Experience thinking critically and solving problems

· Strong interest in innovation & process creation - We love new ideas!

· Comprehensive understanding of G/L accounting and reconciliations

· Extra points for great candidates in the northern Atlanta metro area – We’re in Snellville!

Your Work Schedule:

Let’s be honest – who really needs an 8-hour workday? Not us! When the work is done, so are you! We have “core hours” where we need you to be responsive to the team & clients, but no clock watching… If you’re done for the day, go enjoy your life! Complete that project at 3 PM or 3 AM... who cares? As long as you’re available during our “core” hours, the work is done, and the deadlines are met... We’re good! Just be sure to show up on time to the scheduled meetings.

Your Compensation:

The salary for this position is negotiable and will be based on education and experience, but will be competitive with experienced/Senior Accountant salaries in the Atlanta, GA market.
