Our client, a large financial services firm, is looking to hire a Senior Accountant for their global Accounting & Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background with at least 5 years of experience at a public accounting firm or corporate accounting. CPA is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and record activity in the general ledger accounts for assigned private equity investment funds
- Work with investment team on fundings, realizations and other deal-related activity
- Record daily cash activity on a timely basis
- Manage and record quarterly invoicing to portfolio companies
- Prepare allocations of income and expenses to partners' capital accounts
- Assist in calculation, preparation and posting of capital calls and distribution
- Calculate management fees, carried interest and fund performance
- Prepare quarterly reports and assist in the preparation of annual GAAP financial statements
- Assist in maintaining the firm’s investor relations portal

Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
