Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Prepare and manage company annual budget
- Work with external CPA firms for year end tax returns
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in working with accounting software and databases
- NetSuite systems experience is highly preferred
- Thorough understanding of GAAP principles and their application in corporate accounting
- Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
