Job Description:
- Manage all general ledger accounts including reconciliations, analysis, and resolution.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and benefits maintenance.
- Oversee inventory management issues (physical count, inventory movements/errors, etc.), calculate and track inventory reserves and analysis.
- Assist with preparing internal financial reports, budget, and variance analysis.
- Maintain compliance with state and local taxing authorities including monthly sales tax returns, personal property tax return and 1099/W-9 process.
- Self-motivated, efficient team-player with a cheerful outlook
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills with focus on Excel
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
