Job Summary:
- The primary purpose of this role is to own various general ledger processes to build scalable financial operations. They will prepare and maintain reconciliations to track the organizations assets, liabilities, and profits.
- This role will play a pivotal role as the company continues to transform into a data-driven organization by partnering with operations, engineering, and senior management to provide timely, relevant, and accurate financial information.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
- Own monthly inventory valuation process and COGS calculations.
- Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets
- Assist with annual audit preparations.
- Assist other operational groups as needed, primarily the buying and planning group
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting accounting transactions
- Performing activities related to reconciliation of intercompany COGS cost for given entities
- Timely and accurate processing of journal vouchers, price differences clearing
Basic Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field, required
- Very precise
- Email and telephone contact with requestors and cooperating with AP department
- Communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to details
- Must have an excellent eye for detail

- Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job
