Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an ICS/OT CybersecuritySenior Account Manager (Remote) within our Americas group. This dynamic sales position will lead ICS/OT Cybersecurity sales pursuits across the America's region with a focus on North America. The position will be responsible for helping customers to bridge the gap between IT & OT security. This position will work closely with the Hexagon Account Team to achieve the organization's sales goals, adhere to the ICS/OT Cybersecurity sales process while building a proactive Cybersecurity pipeline.
This role can either be remote/home office based or can work from any of the Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division office locations.
- Develops and leverage relationships within and across Hexagon accounts to source new opportunities.
- Leads and partners in the development of sales strategies and tactics to successfully guide customers and prospects through the ICS/OT cybersecurity buying process.
- Responsible for defining the sales strategy for product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POC), and production pilots.
- Partners and coordinates the preparation of sales proposals, tenders, bids by working with others across the sales organization and teams.
- Defines & understand the customer's business value delivered with Hexagon ICS Cybersecurity solutions for both prospects and existing customers to aid in risk management reduction, while improving operational productivity.
- Maintains relationship with existing customers and proactively works to retain term-software renewals while achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Proactively follows industry standards and practices related to ICS/OT Cybersecurity, such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 62443 to maintain a competitive marketplace advantage and space.
- Provides sales forecasting and updates to the Americas region and leadership team to maintain business outcomes.
- Works to meet and exceed yearly sales quota and builds and maintains proactive pipeline while working with the Americas Account Team.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is required.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of Industry Control Systems ICS/OT (operation technology) Cybersecurity market, competitor landscape and product offerings is required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in software sales.
- Experience in selling of ICS/OT Cybersecurity solution in the process industries.
- Excellent planning, verbal/written communication, follow up, and problem-solving skills.
- Operates and responds well with high degree of priority, change, and urgency based on the business needs.
- Ability to communicate articulately with the executive leaders is important to create buy-in for decision making.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
