About the Role:
As a Senior Account Manager at Rebound Electronics, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing existing client relationships and establishing new partnerships to drive sales growth and revenue. With a focus on delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our valued customers within the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the semiconductor industry, leveraging your industry knowledge and network of contacts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, optimizing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Rebound Electronics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
