What we do: Hill + Knowlton Strategies has an immediate need for dedicated and skilled Senior Account Managerwho is passionate about Healthcare to lead our rapidly expanding client portfolio. This is a terrific opportunity to be part of a team managing corporate and product communications across all healthcare industries - from BioPharma to Diagnostics and Devices to Hospitals and Payors. The ideal candidate will be a curious, solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach. This position is ideally located in either H+K's NY or DC office with the opportunity for a hybrid remote/in-office option.

What You'll Need to Get Here

• 5+ years PR agency/in-house experience with a focus on healthcare clients (may include pharma, biotech, health technology, providers, diagnostics).
• Passion for helping people navigate their healthcare journey
• Undergraduate degree in PR, Communications, Journalism and/or science discipline a plus
• Strategic thinker with excellent client service skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Articulate, poised, organized, excellent attention to detail and quick on your feet
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quality and efficiency
• Superior writing skills; writing comes as second nature to you and in all forms. (Including pitch letters, press releases, white papers, op-eds, talking points and social media content)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Media outreach proficiency
• Experience managing junior level team members
• Assertive and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Digital & social media savvy
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
