Job description

What does a Senior Account Executive do at Emory?

  • Responsible for the territory development of Emory Dry Ice (Southeastern Territory)
  • Find new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Generate sales at profitable margins (>40%) with new and existing customers
  • Responsible for generating $100,000 per month in revenue in year one; account managers must meet at least $50,000 of the monthly sales goal for commission payout to initiate.
  • Be industry experts in their assigned industry territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Forecast sales and present sales metrics to management
  • Works remotely or reports to one of our offices in Mississippi or Texas
  • Travels to customer locations for meetings
  • Prospects for new customers

  • You have experience negotiating contracts

Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience
  • Industrial manufacturing experience, preferably in Dry Ice or CO2 Industry
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry trends

Desired Background
  • Knowledge of the industrial gas industry
  • Knowledge of the dry ice industry including competitors
  • Experience with building a customer base
  • Negotiation skills
