Lynx LLC. is a locally owned and operated, Rigby/Ucon Idaho construction, trucking company. We have been in business since 2009 and are looking for intrastate and interstate drivers.

Our dispatch has open hours of availability and keeps our team on track and organized as we strive to maintain open lines of communications to keep our drives on the road and well informed.
Our in-house shop maintains our equipment and in the near future we hope to offer mechanical services for our Independent Contractors.
Our drivers work closely with construction crews providing aggregate and asphalt to job sites construction of roads. We also haul materials off the job site.
Our drivers work within the state of Idaho, Utah, Nevada, and Montana.
We are very proud of our safety department. We pride ourselves in having one of the best safety records in Idaho. Our number one goal is to protect our drivers on and off the road.
Performance reviews are done annually to discuss any issue or concerns, ensure driver safety, communications, documentation and maintenance. These are done to help us maintain driver satisfaction and changes in compensation.
NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE DRIVEN AN 18/WHEEL SEMI TRUCK AND TRAILER FOR A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Experience Requirement: We ask for a minimum of 1 year of Semi Truck driving experience for this position.
Our drivers must have a valid Class A CDL and DOT Med Card and must pass a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing following DOT guidelines. Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50+ lbs.
Construction experience a plus and we will provide training for the right individual.

Job Duties
- Drivers and dispatch plan what day and time that the driver is to report to the terminal.
- Dispatch determines the trip, load, and customer(s) to be serviced.
- Drive time per day may average 8-10 hours, up to 12 hours.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspection of tractor and trailer.
- Driver makes a daily call to dispatch to update and report location, hours worked the previous day, and load status.
- Driver discuss routes with dispatch.
- Drivers determines when to fuel.
- Any irregularities are reported to dispatch.
- Upon returning to the terminal, the driver refuels their tractor and trailer and parks in the appropriate location.
- Drivers completes the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR).
- Drivers reports to dispatch, returns trip envelope to accounting, and informs the shop of any equipment concerns.
- Driver monitors truck, trailer, and cargo conditions when loaded.
Supplemental pay types:
