Qualifications:

• Must live within 25 miles of TIPP CITY, OH
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Less than 3 months months experience
• A 120 hour CDL A school in the past 12 months
• Not SAP driver
• Must have a Class A CDL
• Clean MVR driving record
• Able to pass drug (hair follicle) test
• Will accept the following trailing equipment as T/T experience;

-Trailers less than 40 feet-Bayside-Belly Dump-Grain or other top-loaded trailers* Experience with a Trainer will count if the Driver was OTR team driving with the trainer. It will have to fall in the last year to qualify.

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years ( * Based on the offense date)
• No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years
• No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience
• No careless or reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
• No rear end or roll over accidents in the last 3 years

Job Description:

ENTRY LEVEL:

• Training will last a minimum of 6 weeks for ENTRY LEVEL candidates

After the Entry level training is completed -

Shift Details:

• Start time: 0200 (2AM)
• Shift: Drivers will work a 12-14 hour day
• Two consecutive days off - not necessarily on the weekend, however there are opportunities to change days for the drivers and we are able to take their requests into consideration as shifts become available
• Expect to stay out 1-2 times per week

Position/Truck details:

• No touch
• The account services stores in Ohio.
• Drivers will make deliveries to these store locations daily and potentially pick up backhaul.
• Outbound store shipments are drop and hook at the DC and majority of the stores delivered to are drop and hook.
• Backhauls may be drop and hook or live loads (apx. 95% drop/hook)
• Truck needs to remain at the account during time off.
• Automatics available for drivers with an AUTO RESTRICTION
