Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, some flexibility may be needed depending on the needs of your caseload. This position is eligible to apply for hybrid remote work after a successful introductory period.

Position Overview: Acts as Broker on behalf of people self-directing their services. Works closely with the self-directing person and their Circle of Support to develop a budget for services that fits their unique needs and goals. Maintains a person-centered, personalized approach to the service planning process. Assists self-directing person(s) with tracking budget expenditures. Works closely with the Fiscal Intermediary and Care Coordinator to ensure open communication and high quality services. Complies with OPWDD and agency policies and procedures regarding compliance and Medicaid billing for all programs as assigned.
Qualifications: Must have two years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or an accounting background to assure budgets meet the compliance requirements by OPWDD.
