Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. We have Short Shifts available, ranging from 4 to 6 hours, to accommodate the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing and serving meals
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment
• Transporting clients to appointments or errands (if needed)
• Logging detailed care notes in AxisCare mobile app

Qualifications:

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
• Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Reliable and punctual
• Reliable smartphone with internet access and comprehension of mobile app usage
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with California Department of Social Services, or ability to attain HCA Registration.
• CPR Certification.
• Negative TB Test.
• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
