YOU HAVE:

• A BA or BS degree. Candidates with advanced degrees, overseas teaching experience and TESOL/CELTA/TEFL certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years recent ADULT ESL teaching experience (online or in-person), including experience with CLT
• Availability between 1 PM to 9 PM PST or 3 AM to 7 AM PST (especially Fridays and weekends PST) and MINIMUM availability of 10 hours per week
• A typing speed of at least 55 wpm
• Demonstrated experience using Zoom, Google classroom and Slack
• A reliable and fast Internet connection and a professional, well-lit workspace
