Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven success in financial leadership roles
• Experience of being involved in the Buying/Selling of privately held businesses

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO (or equivalent, such as financial vice president/VP of finance) in privately-held companies within the USA
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation
• Experience in participating in the sale or purchase of a privately held company
