Salary: $18-$25 an hour

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Security Service Technician that has experience with legacy alarm systems but is also prepared to continuously learn about the most current technology to stay on the cutting edge of the industry. Extensive experience in the Security Alarm industry is a required (Additional experience in Fire Systems is a plus). Additionally, it is preferred that personnel in this role have knowledge of interactive alarm apps and remote services.

Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks

• Servicing, installing, inspecting, and troubleshooting Security-related hardware/systems
• Provide a positive experience in all customer interactions
• Utilize CRM software to annotate notes/documentation of completed work
• Effectively communicate Customer Needs to Project Management to ensure timely resolution of Customer issues

Additional Requirements

• Willing to submit to drug testing and background check
• Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work a full-time schedule
• Available for local travel, nights and weekends to accommodate the customers agenda

Regular Work Schedule

Monday-Friday // 8:00am 5:00pm (This position will require flexibility with working hours)
