Job Description
The supervisor will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the team is executing security services.
- Serve as the main point of contact to the customer.
- Conducting walking patrols of building/ facility and/or vehicular patrols, depending on the work site.
- Identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards, and/or other emergency situations.
- Site-specific duties and tasks based on assignment, which may include customer service, loss prevention, retail security, lobby/visitor reception, loading dock security, crowd control, and/or a variety of other safety and security roles.
- Writing detailed reports.
- Ensure that team is following all company procedures and policies, maintaining acceptable attendance, and adhering to all customer service standards. Including providing feedback, coaching and discipline as necessary.
- Manage the schedule, timekeeping and approval of weekly hours for payroll.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Valid PERC (Permanent Employee Registration
- Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
- Understanding of security operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
