Security Screener I Part-Time

As a Security Screener you will screen all guests upon entry to our venues for the safety of our patrons, guests, staff, volunteers, and artists. This role will monitor the screening process and perform secondary searches as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrive 1.5 hours prior to the performance and set up areas at the Evolv Express locations
• Monitor the screening process and address any items that are not permitted in our venues.
• Follow Dayton Live’s policies in regard to entry into our venues.
  • No large bags over 16’x16’x8’
  • No weapons or firearms
  • No outside food or beverage
  • Escalate situations as necessary to managers on duty as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service in difficult situations.
