Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for an experienced Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and/or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to work in a very dynamic high tempo environment to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate will: develop, implement, administer security policy and procedures for Special Access Program (SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs. The successful candidate should understand Industrial Security regulations and the applicable Federal Security regulatory guidance consistent with DOD 5205.07 SAP Security Manuals Vols 1-4, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, and DOD 5105.21 SCI Manuals. Be sufficiently knowledgeable of Top Secret Controls and Accountability exercises. Understand the established procedures for handling, storing, record keeping, and granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted programs. Develop and conduct security education and training programs for SAP and SCI personnel. Be able to investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions to be taken. Overseeing all Security related disciplines to include SAP and SCI: Personnel Security (PERSEC); Security Education; Physical Security w/ ICD 705, Classification Management, while utilizing the requirements set forth in the DoD SAP Manuals Volumes 1-4.While this is primarily a first shift, M-Th 4X10 work week; mission requirements may include some work outside normally scheduled hours on occasion to meet program requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Final transferable Top Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last 5 years.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
3. Knowledge of Advanced Programs Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC).
4. Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 Physical Security Specifications.
5. Works well independently and in group settings while displaying substantial CPSO and/or CSSO experience.
6. Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills.
7. Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
Desired Skills:
1. Successful completion of the CDSE SAP Mid-Level Security Management Course is preferred.
2. Certificates and/or experience in regards to DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals SAP/SCI Nomination Process.
3. Certificates and/or experience in regards to DOD 5105.21 SCI Manuals.
4. Certificates and/or experience in regards to ICD 705 Physical Security.
5. Have excellent communication skills to include verbal and written, as well as seasoned professional with tact and diplomacy being key.
6. Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently, as well as make significant contributions in a team environment.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
