Job Summary:
CRS Hospitality is looking for highly-motivated and skilled Security Personnel for their restaurant group. This position will report directly to the General Manager of the location and is responsible for the overall security of its premise and staff. This is an onsite role working nights and weekends, typically from 9pm-2am.

Responsibilities:
- Presents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy and procedures.
- Patrol and monitor activities on the company’s premises, and ensure the environment is safe and secure.
- Check for proper identification per the legal requirements.
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Provide detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management.
- Assist management and wait staff with crowd control and guest conduct.
- Help move patrons towards the exit and secure doors at the close of business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as security guard or bouncer preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, ability to be assertive/stern if necessary.
- Excellent sense of judgment.
- Can stay alert at all times.
- Be able to walk and stand for up to 5 hours continuously.
