Security Operations Manager

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Operations Manager to join our team. As the Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Security Operations of our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our assets, employees, and customers.

```Duties```
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Manage and monitor security systems, including access control, surveillance cameras, and alarms
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats
- Investigate security incidents and breaches, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and industry best practices
- Train and educate employees on security awareness and best practices

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and technologies
- Experience with saponify, virtualization, Active Directory, MPLS, network protocols, project management, openSUSE, load balancing, SDLC
- Proven experience in managing Security Operations in a complex environment
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to information security (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
