The Security Operations Center (SOC) Shift Supervisor is responsible for partnering with the SOC Shift Manager to ensure the team has everything they need to be successful. This person thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and is driven by a persuit of excellence in performance and a passion for leadership and trusted partnerships.

Daily Responsibilities
- Being the Shift Managers’ second set of ears & eyes
- Providing real-time feedback and ongoing training of staff on your shifts
- Function as coverage Agent at any level when not supervising
- Partnering with the Shift Manager to ensure appropriate staffing and coverage for shift
- Partnering with the Shift Manager to ensure all stations (including live stations) are online, active, usable, and covered prior to shift beginning
- Managing and communicating up effectively to the Shift Manager on shift regarding staffing needs, events that occurr, etc.
- Ensuring everyday decisions that impact the business align with our core values: Take the Hill, Valued Partnerships, Build to Last and Enjoy the Journey
- Mentor and thought leader on the floor and example of best practices for all Agents
This is day shift, with weekends required!
Requirements:Qualities & Skillset
- All qualities, skillsets and physical capabilities of SOC Jr Agent, Agent and Sr Agent
- Exceptional multi-tasker
- Exceptional communication skills when managing up, managing down or communicating with external stakeholders
- Ability to give and receive feedback and dedication to building and maintaining a feedback culture
- Leader on the floor
- Proven passion for growing a team centered around our core values and culture
