Flex Officer's cover call off's, request off's, vacations, extra coverage, specials, temporary details, or other needs as they occur. Will also have opportunity step into any permanent open positions as they occur.

Shift hiring for.

Will include 2nd shift and 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays.

Security is a 24/7 business.

The majority of our coverage includes weekends, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and holidays.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Must have a reliable means of communication (cell phone).

· Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.

· Must have a reliable transportation (private transportation is required) (Catching a ride is not considered reliable transportation).

· Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including 6-panel drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are both used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC, amphetamines, narcotics, hallucinogenic substances, and other)

· Must have a High School Diploma or GED. If not, must be willing to complete the GED program within six months.

· Must have a professional demeanor and attitude.

· Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.

· Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.

· Need to have average to above average computer skills.

· Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

· Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

Our Local Region Office is based out of Maryland Heights, Missouri a suburb of St. Louis. We also have several satellite offices. Other locations include Illinois offices in Fairview Heights and Springfield, in Iowa offices are in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, and Bettendorf (Quad Cities). Our three main Company Operation Centers are in Parsippany, NJ, Chicago (Downers Grove), IL, and Westlake Village, CA.
