Position: Security Guard

Position Purpose: The purpose of the Security Guard is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers and all visitors. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer, and will be working primarily in the Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Department.

Core Competencies:

Ø Provide a visual security presence

Ø Perform security patrols

Ø Perform security screenings and belonging searches of all clients entering the CRS unit

Ø File incident reports as needed for any findings

Ø Crisis Intervention

Ø Mobile Crisis Response (driving to client's homes to provide crisis response)

Ø Other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $15.75 - $19.69, depending on experience

Shift/Schedule: Days, but varies based on the needs of clients; seeking candidate with schedule flexibility

Ø Education: HS Diploma or Equivalent

Ø Experience: 1 year experience in the security field
