Shift(s)/Availability:

• Monday through Thursday: all shifts working 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

*Weekends off

About the job (varies based on post):

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Ability to read and write detailed reports.
• Vehicle patrols of client facility (company vehicle provided during shifts).
• Enforcement of client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Command center responsibilities (CCTV/Fire system monitoring).
• Greet and determine/issue proper access badges for client personnel, visitors, and contractors.
• Interior/exterior foot patrols of client facility at the end of business.
• OJT (on-the-job training) provided at the full starting pay rate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• You're able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to walk for extended periods.
• Ability to learn new software programs.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Advanced phone skills.
• Prior, related experience (security, corrections, law enforcement, military) is welcomed but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills/experience.
• CPR/First Aid certifications (GARDAWORLD will help to obtain).
