Responsibilities: (Gatehouse Security)
- Welcome and greet residents, guests, and service providers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist residents with inquiries, package deliveries, and visitor coordination
- Manage access control by verifying the identity of individuals entering the gated community.

- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure a seamless flow of traffic in and out of the community.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide information to residents regarding community events, services, and updates.
- Act as a liaison between residents and external service providers, facilitating smooth interactions.
- Handle resident requests and report any security or maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a log of visitor entries and exits for documentation purposes.
- Collaborate with the security team to enhance overall community safety
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role is desirable.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in using basic office equipment and software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the community and its amenities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
